Small Crowea

Variable shrub to 1 m tall with thin, slightly angled branchlets. Leaves mostly broadest towards the tip,1.5-5 cm long,1-6 mm wide. Flowers terminal or in upper axils; irregular. Petals 5-12 mm long, pink to pale mauve.

A variable species with several horticultural habit and colour forms including prostrate plants and those with white (C. 'Alba' and C. 'White Star', c. 1981) or deep pink (C. 'Pink Blush', introduced c. 1988, C. 'Rubra') flowers.

Found growing naturally at Green Cape and introduced by Austraflora 1979.
