Abelia schumannii Rehder

Accepted name: Abelia parvifolia

A semi-evergreen shrub to about 2 m tall. Leaves ovate, to about 3 cm long, 1 cm wide, blunt-tipped, teeth few if any. Flowers clustered along the stem, the corolla funnel-shaped with a slight swelling at the base, pink, about 3 cm long, flowers larger than those of A. ×grandiflora.
