Trailing stems often purplish and rooting at the nodes. Leaves small, ivy-like, with 5-9 lobes. Flowers to about 1.5 cm long, generally lilac with a yellow lip but sometimes white, spurred; summer. [Linaria cymbalaria (L.) Mill.]
