Senna pendula var. glabrata (Vogel) H.S.Irwin & Barneby

Shrub to 3 m tall. Leaves 4-8 cm long. Leaflets in 3-6 pairs 1-2 cm apart, each more or less obovate, about 2-4 cm long, blunt-tipped, with a fine yellow line around the edge and a small tuft of hairs on the lower surface near the junction with the leaflet stalk. Flowers in clusters of 15-20, the petal to about 1.5 cm long; Apr-Sept. Fruit pods cylindrical, 10-14 cm long. Syn. Cassia coluteoides Collad.

Brazil. Naturalised in S Qld and N NSW.
