Leucadendron thymifolium (Knight) Williams

Shrub to 2 m tall with a single stem. Leaves of males about 8 mm long, those of females about 1.5 cm long, both about 4 mm wide. Female flowers about 1.3 cm long with floral bracts coloured above and densely hairy at the base.

S Africa (Cape).

Thyme-like, elliptic to oblong, small, narrow leaves.
