Leucadendron galpinii Phillips & Hutch.

Erect shrub to 3 m tall. Leaves to about 5.5 cm long in female plants, 4 cm long in males, 3-4 mm wide, linear-oblanceolate, twisted at the base, leathery, slightly sickleshaped. Female flower heads about 1.6 cm wide, basal bracts enclosing the head.

S Africa (Cape).

Tall shrub with linear-oblanceolate leaves tapering evenly to the base, bract leaves absent.
