Narrow Drumsticks

Erect dense shrub to about 2 m tall. Leaves to about 10 cm long, 1-2 times pinnate, stalk 3.5-5.5 cm long. Flower clusters spherical, sometimes with a short stalk and to about 4 cm wide. Flowers to about 1 cm long, yellow with tufts of hair at the tips of the segments; spring. Fruiting cones to about 2.5 cm wide.
