Fern-leaf Dryandra

Tangled-looking shrub to 50 cm or so tall. Leaves to 50 cm or more long, and to about 10 cm wide, teeth triangular, cut to the midrib and sharply pointed, whitish below; margins curled under. Flower heads to over 5 cm long and wide, pale red or yellow, terminal but enclosed within the leaves and with hairy bracts; mostly autumn to spring.
