Red-edged Peperomia

Herb to 20-30 cm tall. Stems red. Leaves oblong to obovate or oblanceolate, mostly to 8 cm long, blunt, sometimes suffused purple or with purplish margins. Leaf stalks to about 2 cm long. Flower spikes terminal, about 10 cm long.
