Fairy Primrose

Hairy annual herb to over 30 cm tall. Leaves oblong to ovate with shallow, toothed lobes and a cordate base, the stalk mostly more than 5 cm long. Flowers in 1-6 superimposed flattened clusters, mostly in the red, pink, purple and white range; winter.

China

Available as a wide range of cultivar groups and seed mixes, sometimes with double flowers.
