Begonia grandis subsp. evansiana (Andrews) Irmsch.

Stems annual to about 40 cm tall, green, splashed red at the joints. Leaves large, lime-green with red veins, red reverse; margins toothed. Flowers rose pink, to 3 cm diam. Bulbils develop in the axils.
