Begonia hirtella Link

Stems to 25 cm tall, succulent glossy, with scattered white hairs. Leaves to 6 cm long, pale green with scattered hairs on the surface and a red spot at the leaf and stem junction; margins finely toothed. Flowers very small, white. A self-sowing annual.
