Begonia macduffieana L.B.Sm. & B.G.Schub.

Stems to over 1 m tall and 2 cm thick, hairless and woody with pendulous branches. Leaves oblong-ovate to 16 cm long, entire, fleshy. Flowers red­dish orange.
