Gypsophila elegans M.Bieb.

Annual to 50 cm tall, stems branching. Leaves linear-lanceolate. Flowers in large, open clusters on long, thin stalks. Sepals 3-5 mm long. Petals mostly 8-10 mm long or more, mostly white with darker pinkish veins but with several colour cultivars.
