Clematis tangutica (Maxim.) Korsh.

Woody climber. Leaves pinnate. Leaflets irregularly lobed or toothed. Flowers solitary, bell-like, axillary or terminal on new growth, golden; long-flowering for 3-4 months, mostly summer. Perianth segments 4, ribbed, hairy on the margins, yellow.
