Rhizome short-creeping, scaly. Fronds mostly divided 2 times, occasionally 3 times at the base, 25-40 cm long in tufts, more or less erect. Sori all along the margins within a continuous indusium consisting of a reflexed marginal flap.

Will tolerate cool conditions.

Pacific, S Asia, Africa. Naturalised in SE Queensland.

Frond divided 2-3 times, at least the terminal segments elongated.
