Accepted name: Polypodiodes formosana
Rhizomes about 3 mm wide and covered with a whitish bloom; scales soon shed. Fronds mostly 30-60 cm long. Segments usually 5-7 cm long, lowest pair bent downwards, margins toothless, upper surface main ribs hairy. Sori round.
Can grow in cool areas.
